Joydom provides custom-made countertops for kitchen worktops and bathroom vanity tops, suitable for both new installations and countertop replacements. We offer a range of materials, including solid surface, quartz and sintered stone, with the countertop fabricated according to the required dimensions and layout.
Our countertop service can be coordinated with the existing or new carpentry base, with cut-outs and openings planned for fixtures such as sinks, hobs and built-in appliances where required.
An initial measurement is taken during the planning stage to determine the overall countertop dimensions and layout. Before fabrication, the carpentry base and the positions of the sink, hob, stove or built-in oven must be confirmed.
Once the carpentry base is installed and ready, Joydom will take the final on-site measurements based on the actual finished dimensions. These measurements are then used for countertop fabrication to ensure the countertop, cut-outs and appliance openings fit the confirmed layout accurately.
Joydom offers solid surface, quartz and sintered stone for custom kitchen countertops and bathroom vanity tops. Solid surface is a practical and more affordable option that can accommodate integrated sinks or basins, while quartz and sintered stone offer more options for durability, appearance and premium finishes. Depending on the selected material, you can choose from matt, glossy or textured finishes, with options for skirting, backsplash and sink or appliance cut-outs based on the confirmed layout.
Pricing depends on material, length and depth, edge profile, cut-outs, removal and access. Send the requested photos and measurements so the scope, materials and labour can be quoted accurately before work starts.
Once the final countertop measurements are confirmed, fabrication typically takes around 10 working days. Installation usually takes about half a day for a new countertop, while countertop replacement generally takes around 1 day, depending on the site conditions and scope of work.
